For new outpatients in principle, a letter of introduction is required for the first visit to our clinic.
Please obtain a letter of introduction from a local medical institution such as a clinic and make an appointment. Without an appointment, the waiting time may be longer.
Please be advised that if you do not have a letter of referral, you will be charged a separate fee as a Selective Medical Care Fee.
