Step1 Aの唾液保存容器に付属の漏斗をしっかりと取り付けます。喉にウイルスが溜まりやすいので、喉元を軽くマッサージしてから唾液を採取してください。

Step2 唾液を目盛りの「1.5」の線まで入れてください。泡等なるべく入らないように気を付けてください
※正確な検査のために、唾液の量にはご注意ください。 -
Step3 Cのご案内からバーコード(カタカナの氏名・採取日記入済み)のシールを剥がしAの唾液保存容器の白い部分に重なるように必ず縦に貼り付けます。
※蓋にシールが被さらないよう、容器本体に貼り付けてください。 -
Step4 唾液保存容器を吸水シートでくるんで、密閉袋に入れてしっかり封をします。

Step 02 検査キット配送
14時までのお申し込みで全国当日発送可能です。
配送時はレターパック、または段ボールにて梱包しており、PCR検査キットの内容は見えないようになっております。

Step 03 検体採取(お客様自身)
検査キットに同梱されている唾液を入れる容器に唾液を入れて、その後に不活化液を入れていただくだけとなります。全年齢対象で、5分で簡単に完了できます。

唾液採取前に、必ずオンライン診療申込が必要となります。
オンライン診療は検査キットが届いてから、Webでお申し込みください。(ご希望日直前のお申し込みは予約がとれない可能性もありますので、余裕を持ったスケジュールでのお申し込みをお勧めいたします)

採取から24時間以内に、検査キットに入っている返送用パックにてご返送ください。※送料:お客様負担

Step 05 検体到着 ~ 検査
検体が到着した際にはメールでお知らせいたします。来院での検査と同様の検査方法にて検査をいたします。

Step 06 検査結果
検体の到着確認後、24時間以内にメールでご連絡いたします。
なお、検体の到着が14時までに確認できた場合は、当日中にご連絡いたします。

出国時に必要な各国の陰性証明書についての情報となります。各国の陰性証明書の条件確認でき次第、随時更新しております。当クリニックは100か国以上の渡航用陰性証明書発行実績がございます。基本的には「標準様式」で海外渡航にご利用頂けます。ハワイと中国は特別の様式が必要となります。

※本PCR検査キットによる検査は、新型コロナウイルスが唾液内に含まれているかを判定するものであり、新型コロナウイルス感染症への罹患について診断するものではありません。
※本PCR検査キットに封入された唾液検体に対しては、PCR検査が行われ、明らかになった陽性・陰性の結果を購入者に対してメールにて通知いたします。
※陽性の結果が出た購入者に対しては、当クリニックにより改めてご連絡をし、医師がオンライン診療を実施したうえで、新型コロナウイルス感染症に罹患しているかどうかについて診断を行います。当該オンライン診療は、本PCR検査キットによるPCR検査とは別であり、厚生労働省の「オンライン診療の適切な実施に関する指針」にもとづいております。

検査お申込みフォーム、もしくは03-6820-2351(English:03-6820-2358)よりお申込みください。事前にクレジットカードでの決済が可能です。お申し込み後、予約お申し込み完了のメールをお送りさせていただきます。

2 検査の前に

ご来院いただき、受付後、検査を受診いただきます。

4 検査結果
