The official Certificate
Japanese government started to provide COVID-19 vaccination passports since mid-2021. They are currently for international travel purposes only and are recognized by over 40 countries. The certificate include your personal information and vaccination information.

Proof of Vaccination
The vaccine certificate issued by our partner clinic contains the same information as the one issued by the Japanese public authorities, and certifies that you have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus in Japan. In most of the countries listed above, a vaccine certificate issued by a private clinic is accepted. It takes only one day to issue the certificate, so it is recommended for those in a hurry.
This is a certificate of vaccination for international travel issued by our partner clinic. In many countries, you can use it as it is issued by an official medical institution. However, since it is not an official certificate issued by the Japanese government, it may not be accepted in Japan. Please click here for details.
