- En Japón, este certificado lo proporciona el ayuntamiento de tu ciudad y tienes que solicitarlo. Sin embargo, la mayor parte del proceso solo puede hacerse en japonés.
- Para aquellos que se encuentren en una situación de emergencia y no puedan esperar a recibir el certificado de vacunación japonés, algunas clínicas privadas pueden proporcionar una prueba de vacunación que puede utilizarse cuando se viaja al extranjero.
EL CERTIFICADO OFICIAL
El gobierno japonés comenzó a proporcionar certificados de vacunación COVID-19 desde mediados de 2021. En la actualidad, solo sirven para viajes internacionales y son reconocidos por más de 40 países. El certificado incluye los datos personales de la persona y la información sobre la vacunación.

CERTIFICADO DE VACUNACIÓN
El certificado de vacunación emitido por nuestra clínica asociada contiene la misma información que el emitido por las autoridades públicas japonesas, y certifica que usted ha sido vacunado contra el nuevo coronavirus en Japón. En la mayoría de los países mencionados, se acepta un certificado de vacuna emitido por una clínica privada. La expedición del certificado sólo tarda un día, por lo que se recomienda para los que tienen prisa.
Se trata de un certificado de vacunación para viajes internacionales expedido por nuestra clínica asociada. En muchos países, puede utilizarlo ya que está emitido por una institución médica oficial.
