Cómo reservar
Paso.1|Confirmación previa

Debe tener un pasaporte válido
*Si desea un test médico para viajar al extranjero, por favor compruebe las normas dependiendo del destino.
*Si tiene una tarjeta de seguro médico, por favor tráigala.
Paso.2|Reserva

Por favor rellene el formulario de reserva para comprobar la disponibilidad y haga su reserva.
Coordinaremos la reserva con la clinica y le enviaremos un correo de confirmación.
Paso.3|Pago

Por favor, proceda con el pago (Tarjeta de crédito/ Efectivo).
Coordinaremos la reserva directamente con la clinica
Recibirá un correo de confirmación con la fecha y la hora en 24 horas.
Paso.4|Rellene el formulario

Después de efectuar el pago, se le enviará un correo electrónico con la dirección URL del cuestionario. Por favor, rellénelo.
* La clínica responderá según la información recibida.
Paso.5|Antes de la cita

Tanto para el test de saliva como para la nasofaríngea, está estrictamente prohibido comer, beber, usar pasta de dientes y goma de mascar desde al menos 15 minutos antes.
Paso.6|En la visita

Por favor, llegue 5 minutos antes de la hora de la visita.
El test dura unos 10 minutos aproximadamente.
*Por favor, muestre su pasaporte.
Paso.7|Resultados del test

Si es negativo recibira un certificado negativo en la clínica entre las 17:00h y las 19:00h del día siguiente.

*Si es positivo la clínica contactará con usted por teléfono (el certificado no será emitido).

El proceso del test PCR

1. Recepción
Presente su pasaporte (y su tarjeta de seguro médico si la posee)
Haremos una fotocopia y se lo devolveremos.

2. Comprobar la temperatura
Por favor, tome su temperatura con el termómetro.

3. Esperar
Por favor, tome asiento hasta que el personal le llame.
El personal de recepción le dara los pasos a seguir para el test PCR. Por favor, léalos y siga las instrucciones.
Cuando el personal le llame por favor entre a la sala.

4-A. Test PCR (test de hisopado nasal)
El personal efectuara el test PCR insertando el bastoncillo en la fosa nasal.
Cuando el bastoncillo alcance una profundida igual a la distancia desde la fosa nasal y la apertura externa de la oreja, el personal lo hara girar algunos segundos para retirar la muestra.
Podrá sentir algunas molestias o un ligero dolor en ese momento, pero por favor no se mueva hasta que no hayan terminado.

4-B. Test PCR (test basado en la saliva)
El test basado en saliva es un test PCR tomando una muestra de su saliva.
Por favor, confirme que no ha comido, hecho gargaras, utilizado pasta dental o mascado chicle en al menos los últimos 15 minutos.
Cuando este preparado, por favor deposite 2 ml de su saliva en el recipiente que se le ha dado previamente.

5. Fin del test PCR
Si su pasaporte y su tarjeta de seguro médico le ha sido devuelto, puede irse tan pronto como termine el test.
Si su pasaporte y su tarjeta de seguro médico no le ha sido devuelto, por favor pregunte en recepción.

6. Resultados del test PCR
Los resultados del test PCR estarán disponibles el día siguiente sobre las 15:00h.
Si no ha recibido comunicación nuestra sobre las 13:00h, su resultado es negativo, así que tendremos su certificado negativo listo entre las 17:00h y las 19:00h.
Por favor acuda a recogerlo según su disponibilidad.
Si el resultado es positivo, le informaremos por teléfono. Por favor, siga nuestras instrucciones.

The examination takes 10 minutes
1. Keep saliva in your mouth for about 2 minutes.
2. Gently spit out, as if dropped into a sterile container.
3. The collection amount is about 2 ml. If it cannot be collected on the first try, the process will be repeated.

- Are the PCR Test and Antibody Test covered by insurance?
- Examinations to receive a negative certificate for travel, business travel, daily activities, etc. are not covered by insurance.
- How do I receive the test results?
- Please come back to the clinic in order to receive your certificate. You do not need to make a reservation.
- Is the PCR test negative certificate written in English?
- Depending on your needs, the negative certificate can be written in Japanese or English.
- How long does the PCR test take?
- The entire process will take about 10 minutes (temperature measurement, inquiry sheet, sample collection). Please do not eat or drink (including gargling) from 15 minutes before the inspection. You can receive the test results from 17:00 on the next day.
- If I took the test on Friday, can I get the result and the certification on Saturday?
- Yes, you can. However, please ask us in advance in that case. We need to ask the clinic to open only for giving you the certification.

For passengers that are permitted to enter China:
A negative certificate, issued from a test coducted up to 48 hours before departure, is required for entering the country.
A 14 days quarantine, either at a centralised government hotel (with costs covered by the traveller) or your home, is mandatory.
International Restrictions: You will need a valid visa to enter China. Chinese Visa Application Centres have re-opened. From 28 September 2020, holders of valid residence permits attached to work, personal matters and reunion can re-enter China. Holders of expired residence permits can apply for a new one.

A negative certificate, issued from 3 to 7 days before entry, is required but subject to special
conditions. The test type and method us RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal swab)
A 14 days quarantine is mandatory.
Passengers are not permitted to enter Vietnam. This does not apply to:
- Nationals of Vietnam,
- Passengers traveling for official or business purposes; investors, technical experts, skilled
workers, business managers, government officials, and passengers with approval from the National
Steering Committee on Prevention and Control of COVID-19, provided they have a medical
certificate issued by authorities proving that they are free of novel coronavirus.

➁ The certificate must include the traveler's name, age (date of birth), gender, nationality,
passport number, address in Japan, address in Vietnam, medical institution name, sample
inoculation date, test date, test method (PCR ), examination result and the expected date of

④ From 18 September to board a flight, passengers must hold a certificate showing they have
tested negative for the coronavirus no more than five days before the departure date. Upon
