1. Keep saliva in your mouth for about 2 minutes.

2. Gently spit out, as if dropped into a sterile container.

3. The collection amount is about 2 ml. If it cannot be collected on the first try, the process will be repeated.

Are the PCR Test and Antibody Test covered by insurance?
Examinations to receive a negative certificate for travel, business travel, daily activities, etc. are not covered by insurance.
How do I receive the test results?
Please come back to the clinic in order to receive your certificate. You do not need to make a reservation.
Is the PCR test negative certificate written in English?
Depending on your needs, the negative certificate can be written in Japanese or English.
How long does the PCR test take?
The entire process will take about 10 minutes (temperature measurement, inquiry sheet, sample collection). Please do not eat or drink (including gargling) from 15 minutes before the inspection. You can receive the test results from 17:00 on the next day.
If I took the test on Friday, can I get the result and the certification on Saturday?
Yes, you can. However, please ask us in advance in that case. We need to ask the clinic to open only for giving you the certification.

China

For passengers that are permitted to enter China:
A negative certificate, issued from a test coducted up to 48 hours before departure, is required for entering the country.

A 14 days quarantine, either at a centralised government hotel (with costs covered by the traveller) or your home, is mandatory.

International Restrictions: You will need a valid visa to enter China. Chinese Visa Application Centres have re-opened. From 28 September 2020, holders of valid residence permits attached to work, personal matters and reunion can re-enter China. Holders of expired residence permits can apply for a new one.

A completed "Exit/Entry Health Declaration Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained before departure at http://health.customsapp.com/

Korea

For passengers who are permitted to enter South Korea:
All arrivals – regardless of nationality and length of stay – are required to be tested for coronavirus (COVID-19) and to undergo quarantine for 14 days.

All individuals regardless of nationality who show coronavirus symptoms on arrival will be tested. Those who test positive will be isolated and treated at a hospital or community treatment centre.

Vietnam

A negative certificate, issued from 3 to 7 days before entry, is required but subject to special conditions. The test type and method us RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal swab)

A 14 days quarantine is mandatory.
Passengers are not permitted to enter Vietnam. This does not apply to:

- Nationals of Vietnam,
- Passengers traveling for official or business purposes; investors, technical experts, skilled workers, business managers, government officials, and passengers with approval from the National Steering Committee on Prevention and Control of COVID-19, provided they have a medical certificate issued by authorities proving that they are free of novel coronavirus.

➀ Certificate must be in English or Vietnamese.
➁ The certificate must include the traveler's name, age (date of birth), gender, nationality, passport number, address in Japan, address in Vietnam, medical institution name, sample inoculation date, test date, test method (PCR ), examination result and the expected date of entry.
➂ The certificate must have a valid seal and signature from the medical institution.
④ From 18 September to board a flight, passengers must hold a certificate showing they have tested negative for the coronavirus no more than five days before the departure date. Upon arrival, they will be tested and placed under quarantine.

Singapore

Home/self isolation:
Passengers must comply with the prevailing Stay-Home Notice (SHN) requirements upon entry into Singapore. Please refer to ica.gov.sg. This does not apply to passengers entering Singapore under the Singapore-China Fast Lane. They must comply with requirements found at safetravel.ica.gov.sg.

Passengers must submit a health declaration before arrival via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service (eservices.ica.gov.sg) or via the mobile application.

A 14 days quarantine at a dedicated state or alternative state quarantine hotel, is mandatory.

・New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, and residents with valid travel conditions, their partners/children who already have a visa, or diplomats who hold a position in New Zealand may enter without seeking approval first.
・Partners and children of New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who don't have yet a visa, Australian citizens who normally live in New Zealand, critical health work or humanitarian are among the ones who need to seek approval before they travel.

A negative RT-PCR test performed less than 72 hours before departure, is required. Where a test cannot be carried out in the country of departure, you can ask the French Embassy or Consulate for a specific document called “PCR test exemption”.

In this case, you will be tested upon arrival and undergo a compulsory 7-day quarantine in an accommodation establishment validated by the public authorities, with an additional test at the end of the isolation period.

Colombia

Egypt

The certificate needs to:
- Include the hour and the date of sampling.
- Be issued by an authorized accredited laboratory and stamped with the laboratory’s stamp and does not contain scraping, cancellation or addition.
- Indicate the type of sample taken for the swab.
- Indicate that the type of test is (RT–PCR).

A 14 days quarantine at your own accommodation is mandatory.

Ghana

A negative certificate from a test performed up to 72 hours before departure is required for entering Greece from Japan.

All visitors arriving by air, land or sea transport will be subject to random tests upon arrival. In the event of a positive result, they will be contacted and placed in a 14-day quarantine, with the expenses covered by the Greek state.

Hong Kong

- Have a PCR test conducted within 24 hours prior to boarding
